There are plenty of effective resistance training programs already. Lifters do not need an app to reinvent push/pull/legs, 5x5, or the fundamentals of progressive overload.

They need structure. They need motivation. They need to know what to do next and what they are trying to beat.

The Lift League packages proven training concepts into focused training blocks with workout guidance, progress tracking, performance scores, and long-term motivation built into the system.

The Lift League is organized into training blocks: focused programs designed to help lifters build strength, add volume, and make resistance training a consistent part of their lives.

Each block gives you the workouts, lifts, rep schemes, and progression targets you need to train with purpose. Across the full system, blocks introduce different training styles, lift combinations, rep ranges, and levels of challenge.

Start with a block. Run it for four weeks. Repeat it when needed. Move forward when ready.

Progressive Overload.

Progress can only be measured if you know what you did last time.

The Lift League Progressive Overload Scoring System turns your reps, sets, weight, and workload into clear Exercise Scores, Workout Scores, and Block Scores. Instead of digging through every old rep and set, you're given a singular number to beat.

The score is not there to compare a bench press to a curl or make every lifter equal. It is there to give each lifter a simple target: beat your last performance and keep building momentum.

The Lift League is built as a long-term training system with over a year of unique programming, not a random workout library.

The full program includes 12 training blocks across three major phases:

Establish a strong foundation with essential compound movements, focused accessory work, and enough repetition to help your body adapt to the demands of consistent training.

Build Strength with heavier compound lifts, lower rep ranges, and repeated exposure to challenging weights.

Progress into more focused training blocks with advanced bodybuilding, powerbuilding, and strength-focused work.

Each block can be repeated as needed, giving lifters structure without locking them into a one-way path.
