The Lift League Intro Program is designed for individuals with little or no weightlifting experience. It can be done from home with minimal equipment and is the perfect 3-week program to help you learn the basics before jumping into your first training program.

The free Intro Program includes detailed workout instructions, warmup and cooldown suggestions, proper form video references for all lifts, a log for tracking your progress, and more.

Recommended Equipment - Resistance bands and a broom handle, or equivalent.
